Clinical Pilates

Clinical pilates is a form of exercise used to improve muscle function, posture and flexibility. Clinical Pilates developed by physiotherapists assists in treatment of pain and injury and poor posture for those wanting a personalised program for optimal strength and toning. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.

At IPC, our experienced practitioners provide personalized one-on-one program. We can use a range of equipments like the Reformer Bed, Trapeze Table, Thoracic barrel and Wobble board to facilitate core muscle activation, efficient movement and correct posture. To replicate these exercises at home, our practitioners devise a matwork program to maintain and continue the progression of your rehab.
